About Me

My name is Simon Romanski and I have been involved with the web since the release of Mosaic (first web browser that came before IE or Netscape even existed). I graduated from the School of Information Studies at Syracuse university.

I am a web developer/solution provider in the Boston area. My primary insterest in the web is its use for solving problems. These problems can range from simple to complex. My underlying belief is that systems are ultimately there to make you life easier. It's the efficiency  that can be created through development of applications that can drive business to be more successful. The business processes should also alow you to identify your areas of weakness which can then be pro-activliy worked on rather than waiting for problems to find you.

As the web continues to grow so do the tools and resources that we have access to. These tools allow us to create solutions to actual problems. These tools come in the form of development languages and the projects that revolve around them and in the form of APIs that allow us to tap into great resources of information.
